No — one account per person, strictly. 567tv allows one account per mobile number, per CNIC and per payment method. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts are permanently closed and any balances are forfeited. If you cannot access your existing account, contact support@567tv.world before creating a new one — the team will recover your access.

Use the OTP tab on the Login page. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number, and a 6-digit SMS code will be sent to your phone. Enter it to log in without a password. Once inside your account, go to Account Settings to set a new password for future sessions.

Contact 567tv support at support@567tv.world with your full name, current registered mobile number and the last four digits of your CNIC. The team will verify your identity and update your details. For security reasons, mobile number changes cannot be done self-service — identity confirmation is always required.

Most suspensions on 567tv are related to a pending KYC (identity verification) request. When you try to log in, the screen will show a message explaining the reason. The minimum deposit via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay is Rs 100. For IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard, the minimum is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 567tv, though your individual payment provider may apply their own daily transaction limits.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically instant. IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours. If your deposit has not appeared after this time and your payment provider shows the transaction as successful, email support@567tv.world with your registered mobile number, the amount deposited, the date and time, and your payment provider's transaction reference number. The finance team will trace and credit it within a few hours.

567tv does not charge any fees on deposits. Rs 500 deposited means Rs 500 in your account — no deductions on 567tv's side. Your individual payment provider (Easypaisa, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges for outgoing transfers, but those are set by the provider, not 567tv.

Yes — this is one of 567tv's responsible gaming tools. Go to Account Settings and then Responsible Gaming to set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit in PKR. Limits take effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit applies. This design is intentional — it helps players avoid impulsive decisions during a session.

Standard withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within minutes during normal operating hours. IBFT transfers may take up to one banking day.

The minimum withdrawal amount on 567tv is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). For IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard, the minimum is Rs 500. 567tv does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

First, check your account's Withdrawal History to confirm the request status. If it shows "Processing," the payment is with the provider. If your KYC verification is pending, withdrawals may be held until verification is complete — check for any notification in your account. Each promotion on 567tv has its own expiry period, which is stated clearly on the Promotions page and in the bonus terms at the time of opt-in. Typically, welcome bonuses must be wagered within 7 to 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited when the expiry deadline passes.

Go to the Live Cricket section, find the match in progress and tap on it to open the in-play market. Markets update ball-by-ball during live matches. Select your market, enter your stake in PKR and confirm. In-play odds move fast — once you confirm a bet, the odds locked at that moment apply. If odds shift significantly between your tap and confirmation, 567tv will show you the new odds and ask you to confirm again before the bet is placed.

If a match is officially abandoned before a result is possible under DLS or competition rules, 567tv voids all bets on that match and refunds stakes in full to your balance. If a match is delayed but resumed and completed, bets remain active. If partial results are available (for example, in a match reduced to fewer overs with a revised target), settlement follows the official competition result. Specific market rules vary — the Terms and Conditions cover settlement rules in full.

The minimum single bet on cricket markets at 567tv is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed on each market before you place your bet. For high-volume markets like match winner on major internationals, maximum stakes are substantially higher than on niche prop markets.

Cash-out is available on selected cricket markets at 567tv. When cash-out is available for your bet, a "Cash Out" button appears in your open bets section with the current value. Tap it to settle the bet early at that amount. Cash-out is not available on all markets — availability depends on the specific match and market conditions at the time.

Log in to your account and go to the Bet History section. You can view all open, pending and settled bets, filter by date range and by game type. Each settled bet shows the original stake, odds, result and payout in PKR. You can also export your betting history if needed for personal record-keeping.

Games – Aviator, Ludo, Roulette 6 questions

Aviator is a crash-style game. A multiplier starts at 1x and rises as a plane climbs across the screen. You bet a PKR amount before the round starts, and you can cash out at any multiplier — as long as you tap before the plane flies away. If you cash out at 3.5x, you win 3.5 times your stake.
